Vikki Ziegler

In 1999, Ziegler entered private practice, specializing in the areas of matrimonial and civil litigation. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia and is a founder of her own law firm Ziegler Zemsky & Resnick. She is a member of the Passaic County, Essex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Northern New Jersey and Family Law Inns of Court. Over the course of her career, honors and distinctions have made a steady arrival. She was nominated and appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District XI Ethics Committee for Passaic County, a four-year term of which she has completed as the Chairperson. In 2006, she was chosen as one of the “Top 40 Lawyers under 40” by the New Jersey Law Journal followed by the same recognition in 2008 by New Jersey Business News for her professional excellence and her commitment to her community. She was recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2015 – 2020 was named Top 50 Women in Business by the New Jersey Business News in March 2010. For the past twenty years, she has served as an Executive Panel Chair in Passaic, Morris and Essex Counties, assisting with recommendations for divorce settlement solutions. Mitchell Proner

Mitchell Proner is a nationally award winning attorney with highest peer recognition ratings for both skill and ethics. He has personally successfully represented clients in over 30 jurisdictions across five continents. For more than 30 years he has been a repeated lecturer and provider of attorney continuing education on effective consumer advocacy techniques and ethics to Bar Associations and attorney groups in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Within the legal community, Mitchell Proner has held important positions and received many prestigious honors. In 2014 he was elected President of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the largest State Trial Bar Assocaiton in the Country. He is a Lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Annually from 2009 to the present he has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has been nominated by his peers and selected by a screening committee as “Super Lawyer,” from 2008 to the present. He has repeatedly been rated “AV,” the highest-possible peer review rating, for his ethics and skill in advocacy by an attorney peer review process as monitored by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2000 after serving three consecutive three year terms he was elected Director Emeritus (lifetime director) of the New York State Trial Association. In 1997 he was elected by attorneys as Committee Chairman of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, an organization of over 60,000 trial lawyers. Since 2104 he has lectured throughout the State of New York for the as a faculty member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. Since 2015 he has been a repeated member of the Governor’s Judicial Screening Committee for candidates for the Court of Appeals of the State of New York, the highest Court in the New York State Judicial system.

Brian Krauss

BRIAN KRAUSS is a talented and accomplished attorney, entrepreneur, speaker and podcaster who was born and raised in New York. Having both personal and business experience in the divorce space, he brings knowledge, street savvy instincts, implemented business strategies and insight to the table.

After going through a very difficult and costly divorce himself, the idea of Divorce So Easy came to Brian at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, as he began thinking about all the unhappy couples that were forced to remain at home together throughout quarantine. Knowing that when the time was right, many of these couples would look to amicably divorce in search of individual peace and happiness. For these couples, Brian thought there must be a more simple and inexpensive way of divorce.

As operating from home became the ‘new normal’, Brian brought innovative technology to the divorce process, and removing the need for attorneys, Brian came up with the concept of Divorce So Easy.

Brian is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, New Jersey and the District of Columbia as well as being a professional mediator.
